How can we help?

Live shows, bidding, payments, payouts, shipping across the GCC — answers to the questions we get most often.

What is Livsho?

Livsho is the GCC's live-streaming auction marketplace. Approved sellers go live from their phone, present items, and run real-time auctions or fixed-price "Buy Now" sales. Buyers watch, chat, and bid with one tap. Think TV shopping meets a souq, in your pocket.

Where does Livsho operate?

Livsho is built for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. Our pricing is in SAR, our payment methods include Mada and other locally trusted options, and our supported couriers cover Saudi Arabia and neighbouring GCC countries. The interface is available in English and Arabic.

How do I create an account?

Download the Livsho app, tap Sign up, and enter your mobile number. We send an OTP to verify. Add a username, profile photo, and your shipping address, and you're ready to bid or browse. You must be 18 or older.

Is Livsho free to use?

Signing up, watching shows, and chatting are completely free for buyers. You only pay the item price plus shipping (and VAT, where the seller is VAT-registered) — there is no platform fee added at checkout. Sellers pay a commission on each successful sale; the rate is shown in the seller dashboard.

What kind of items are sold on Livsho?

Categories popular across the Kingdom and the GCC, including:

  • Trading cards (Pokémon, Football, Match Attax, Yu-Gi-Oh!, MTG)
  • Sneakers, streetwear, and luxury fashion
  • Watches, jewellery, and pre-owned luxury
  • Coins, banknotes, and stamps
  • Sports memorabilia and collectible figures
  • Perfume bottles, oud, and collectible fragrances
  • Antiques, manuscripts, and Islamic art (where lawful to trade)
  • Phones, gadgets, and gaming gear
How does a live auction work?

The seller starts an auction on a specific item with a starting price and a short countdown. A bid button appears — tap it once to bid the next increment. If someone outbids you, the timer extends slightly, giving you a chance to bid again. When the timer ends, the highest bid wins.

Can I cancel a bid after I place it?

No. A bid is a binding offer to buy at that price if you win. Bid only on items you intend to pay for. Repeated non-payment leads to limits and account suspension.

What's the difference between an auction and "Buy Now"?

Auction: buyers bid against each other — highest bid when the timer ends wins.

Buy Now: a fixed price set by the seller — first tap wins, no bidding.

Many sellers mix both: an auction for the headline piece, Buy Now for the rest of the inventory.

How is payment captured when I win?

Your saved payment method is charged automatically the moment you win an auction or tap Buy Now. You'll get an in-app confirmation, an email/SMS receipt, and the order will appear under Profile → My Orders.

What if I win multiple items from the same seller?

The seller can combine your wins into a single shipment to keep shipping costs down. Combined shipping appears on your order screen at checkout. Items from different sellers always ship separately.

Can I return something I just don't like?

Auctioned items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns under Saudi e-commerce rules. Returns are only accepted when an item is significantly not as described, arrives damaged, or never arrives. For "Buy Now" purchases of regular goods, the standard 7-day right of withdrawal may apply, with the conditions set out in the E-Commerce Implementing Regulations.

What if my item never arrives or is not as described?

Open a dispute within 72 hours of delivery via My Orders → Report a Problem, or within 10 days of the expected delivery date if the item never showed up. Our resolution team reviews the evidence (photos, packaging, tracking) and may issue a refund or replacement. Don't run a chargeback through your bank before using the in-app dispute — it can lead to account suspension.

How do I become a seller on Livsho?

Tap Sell on Livsho in the app and complete the seller application. You'll need to:

  • Verify your identity with your National ID or Iqama and a face liveness check
  • Add your IBAN (in your name or your business's name) for payouts in SAR
  • Provide your Commercial Registration (CR) and Maroof link if you sell on a commercial scale
  • Add VAT details if you are registered with ZATCA
  • Accept the Seller Terms

Approval usually takes 1–3 business days. Once approved, you can schedule a show or go live straight away.

How do I run my first live show?

From the seller dashboard, tap Go Live. Before the show, prepare your inventory: photos, titles, starting prices, optional reserves, and combined-shipping rules. During the show, present each item, launch the auction or set Buy Now, and let the chat do the rest. Good lighting and a clear product table make a real difference.

What are Livsho's seller fees?

Livsho charges a commission on each completed sale. The exact rate depends on category and seller tier — check Seller Dashboard → Fees for the current rates. There are no listing fees and no monthly subscription. Commission is subject to 15% VAT.

When and how do I get paid out?

Earnings are released after the buyer confirms receipt or after a holding period following carrier-confirmed delivery (default 7 days). Payouts go to your verified IBAN by SARIE bank transfer, typically within 1–3 business days of release. You can see pending and available balances in the seller dashboard.

How quickly do I need to ship after a sale?

The default expectation is within 3 business days for inside-KSA orders and 5 business days for cross-GCC orders. You can adjust your handling time in your seller settings, but stated handling time is binding. Late shipments without communication hurt your seller score and may put a hold on your payouts.

Do I need a Commercial Registration (CR) to sell?

Casual sellers offloading personal items occasionally do not always need a CR. If you sell at a commercial scale or generate consistent revenue, Saudi law requires a Commercial Registration and (where you exceed the threshold) ZATCA VAT registration. A linked Maroof account boosts buyer trust. If you're unsure, talk to us at sellers@livsho.com.

What happens if a buyer disputes a sale?

You'll get a notification and a chance to respond with evidence — tracking, photos before shipping, packaging videos, chat history. Our resolution team reviews and decides. Sellers who consistently win disputes by shipping accurately described items see better visibility on the platform.

Can I sell to buyers in other GCC countries?

Yes. Cross-GCC shipping is supported via Aramex, SMSA, and similar regional couriers. You set the destinations and rates you accept. Buyers are responsible for customs duties and import VAT outside the Kingdom — make sure that's clear in your shipping rules.

What payment methods does Livsho support?
  • Mada (Saudi debit cards)
  • Apple Pay
  • Visa & Mastercard credit/debit
  • STC Pay

We may add or remove options over time. Prepaid cards and gift cards are not supported.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Card details are handled by SAMA-licensed, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Livsho never sees or stores your full card number or CVV — only a tokenised reference. Mada transactions stay on the Saudi network. Apple Pay never shares your real card number with us or with the seller.

Why was my payment declined?

Common reasons: insufficient funds, expired card, wrong billing address, daily limits on Mada cards, or your bank flagging the transaction. Try a different method, top up your wallet, or contact your bank to authorise the charge. If the problem persists, reach us at info@livsho.com.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Mada and STC Pay refunds normally land within 1–3 business days; international card refunds can take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. You'll get an in-app notification when the refund is processed.

Do prices include VAT?

If a seller is VAT-registered with ZATCA, displayed prices are inclusive of 15% VAT — the tax breakdown appears on the order receipt. Sellers below the VAT threshold sell without VAT.

Which couriers does Livsho support?

Inside Saudi Arabia: SMSA, Aramex, Saudi Post / SPL, Naqel, and J&T. For cross-GCC orders: Aramex and SMSA International. Sellers pick which carriers they offer; you'll see the choices and the fee at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Inside KSA, expect 2–5 business days after the seller hands the parcel to the carrier (longer for remote regions). Cross-GCC delivery is typically 5–10 business days, plus customs clearance. Each order page shows the carrier's tracking link once the seller adds it.

How do I track my order?

Once the seller ships and adds a tracking number, you'll get a push notification and SMS. View all orders and their status at any time under Profile → My Orders.

What about customs and duties for non-KSA buyers?

If you're shipping outside the Kingdom, the destination country's customs rules apply. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, and clearance fees — these aren't collected by Livsho or the seller. Your courier will contact you if customs payment is needed before delivery.

How do I report a seller, buyer, or content?

Tap the three-dot menu on a profile, listing, message, or live show and pick Report. Choose a reason and submit. For urgent issues during a live stream — harassment, scams, prohibited items — use the in-stream report button so our moderators see it instantly.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. We'll ask you to confirm with an OTP. Deletion is permanent — your bids, orders, and show history can't be recovered. Outstanding orders, payouts, or open disputes must be resolved first. Tax and transaction records we are required to retain by Saudi law (typically 10 years) will be kept in a restricted, archive-only state.

I think my account was hacked — what now?

Change your password immediately and sign out of all devices via Settings → Security. Then email security@livsho.com from the email on the account. We'll lock the account, freeze any pending transactions, and investigate. Livsho will never ask for your password or OTP — anyone who does is a scammer.

Does Livsho support Arabic?

Yes. Switch the app language at any time from Settings → Language. The interface is available in English and Arabic with full RTL support. Live show chat works in both — you can message in any language you like.
